Benefits
Reasonable
and necessary medical treatment which will aid in
curing or relieving the effects of the work injury.
These benefits include a vast array of medical treatment,
including hospitalization, surgery, physical therapy,
occupational therapy, chiropractic services, injection
therapy, chronic pain treatment and many other forms
of medical care. An injured worker's right to receive
these benefits may be impacted by the existence
of a Managed Care Plan and other rules developed
by the Workers' Compensation Division.
